your new healthy lifestyle. Start slowly and build healthy,
permanent change. You will find that your tastes will change
and you will no longer desire those unhealthy foods.
Exercise
Find an activity you enjoy and perform it on a consistent
basis. Take walking for example If you enjoy walking and
make it a priority to walk every day for a year walking
will become a value in your life. Priorities change but
Values remain constant. Lean and healthy people started out

value to them.
