This book is a complete program designed to help you lose weight, balance and control your blood sugar, improve your energy, and improve your memory.

You will learn how to choose foods in a way that will cause you to lose weight without really dieting. You will learn how to choose the right foods whether you are preparing them at home or whether you are eating at a restaurant.

The Sugar Solution will next teach you some common sense fitness habits that you can incorporate into your life no matter how busy you are. You will learn a great walking workout as well as a strength training routine that can be done in as little as ten minutes a day.
