A review of the book “The Entrepreneur
Diet” by Tom Weede.
The subtitle of this book – The on-the-Go
plan for fitness, weight loss and healthy living –
captures a need for more than just entrepreneurs. Busy moms,
busy dads, or anyone who is on the go will find jewels of
wisdom in this information packed book.
The publishers of entrepreneur magazine and a
health board made up of Doctors, dieticians, and
entrepreneurs have teamed up with Tom Weede to write what I
call an encyclopedia on healthy living.
As this book takes you through each
individual chapter you will find that your mind will take on
a whole new view of healthy living. In part 1, the authors
will dispel ten common myths on living a healthy life. Part
2 will help you take stock of your current situation no
matter where you are while parts 3 and 4 will teach you how
to eat, exercise and handle the things life throws at you in
a healthier way.
The sidebars that you
will find peppered throughout this book are worth more than
the purchase price. The sidebars include anything from diet
tips, to fitness facts, and helpful supplements. You are
more than likely going to find a sidebar that you want to
copy and post on your refrigerator or “goal board”. This is
good stuff.
I know you will find
this book valuable. It is almost 300 pages of recipes, tips,
exercises and much more all designed to help you live a
healthier life no matter how busy you are. The Entrepreneur
Diet is all about living a healthy life. I think it should
be on the bookshelf of all entrepreneurs, business people,
or busy people.
