mall, park on the opposite side of the store you are
planning on visiting. |

instead of riding. |
 | Get a bike and ride
while doing some of your errands. |
 | Listen to music and
dance instead of sitting and watching TV. |
 | Walk your dog |
 | Take a walk after
your evening meal rather than turn on the TV |
 | Wash your own car
rather than have it done for you |
 | If you work in an
office – walk to speak with someone you would normally
call. |
