A review of Martina’s new book
subtitled “My 6-step diet and fitness plan to achieve the best shape
of your life”.
I
have to admit that I am not much of a tennis fan and don’t really know
much about tennis or tennis athletes. I knew the name Martina
Navratilova but that was about it prior to reading this book.
Martina is approaching 50 but you
would never know it by the pictures of her in this book. Here is a
woman that has kept herself in the shape of a 20 year old!
This six step plan is not
necessarily specific for losing weight but I am pretty when you follow
the eating and exercise advice in this book that you will lose weight.
Her six step plan includes all
aspects of changing your life and your body. Martina goes into detail
with recipes and exercise instruction which includes nice photographs.
What I liked best about this book
was the fact that Martina has a way of writing that is really
motivating. This book is a fairly quick read but you will want to read
it with a highlighter and go back over some portions of it.
Martina has a way of taking life’s
lessons and using them to her advantage. The readers of this book can
learn some of the valuable lessons that Martina has learned while
enjoying her stories. You will be able to use some of these valuable
lessons to your advantage once you finish with this book.
I highly recommend this book
whether you are a tennis fan or not. Let Martina coach you to the best
shape of your life.
