Lynn VanDyke is the owner of a great website which is geared toward strength training for women and she also happens to be the author of “How to melt the fat and gain a life”. Lynn is very qualified to teach the fitness and weight loss principles that are contained in her book. She has created a very well laid out, well written weight loss e-book. This is the kind of stuff you would spend months learning by going to a personal trainer or years trying to learn on your own. Nothing is left out. Lynn covers everything from goal setting to detailed photos of the exercises you will be performing. You will learn how to eat, how to exercise, and how to succeed with your weight loss and fitness goals as well as life goals. Lynn includes daily menus which have to number well over 150. Can you imagine what it would cost to have over 150 health-giving, slimming, nutritious daily menus prepared for you? They are included in this low cost e-book. You will also get eating logs and much more. I think this e-book can be very beneficial to the purchaser. However, I don’t think this e-book is for everyone. Why? Because not everyone is prepared to offer the commitment required to follow Lynn’s Melt the Fat plan. It is full of truths on how to lose weight and get firm but be prepared to keep weight training logs, cardiovascular exercise logs, and eating logs.
