Brazilian Diet
By now you have probably
heard about the Brazilian diet.
The Brazilian diet has
recently got some press on some of the major networks but
you may not be clear as to exactly what it consists of. We
did some research on the Brazilian diet for you.
The Brazilian diet kit
consists of two bottles of pills: Brazilian diet orange and
Brazilian diet yellow. The makers of the Brazilian diet
state that the pills are to be used in conjunction along
with a whey protein powder for the best results. The diet is
sometimes collectively known as emagrece thin – Brazilian
diet kit.
The makers of the
Brazilian diet state that the orange pills help prevent the
storage of fatty acids in the body as well as supports
appetite suppression. The orange pills ingredients consist
of Gelatin, Garcinia cambogia extract, cascara sagrada,
Senna, St. Johns wort extract, passion flower, and buckthorn
powder.
The yellow pill claims
to help by detoxifying and protecting the liver, aids in
digestion, mild laxative, increases metabolism, and reduces
appetite. The yellow pills ingredients consist of Gelatin,
Gotu Kola powder, Garcinia cambogia extract, carqueja
powder, bladderwack powder, and Cavalinha.
The instructions are to
start off week number one with one capsule each between the
hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Weeks two through six have you
taking one capsule from each container between 7:00 AM and
9:00 AM and then another capsule from each container between
the hours of 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
The manufacturer tells
you to drink between 8-10 glasses of water per day while
taking the Brazilian diet pills. I suspect this is because
of the herbal laxatives in the pills. The kit with the bonus
whey protein costs a whopping $99.00. Unless you are just
dead set on taking the supplements in the Brazilian diet kit
I would suggest you spend your money elsewhere.
Wishing you the best of
health,
Bill
