You want to lose weight but are you
willing?

You
Want Wt. Loss...BUT Are You Willing?
(By
Susan James)
Willingness means that we are open to anything and
everything, without judgment, or refusal.
Are you *open* to
whatever it will take for you to reach your desired body
image?
What
does this really mean ? Does this really mean we have to do
something? NO. The mere action of being *willing* to do
something, carries its own energy. Many times, the fact
that we are simply open to all possibilities, puts things in
motion for us automatically.
Even
with happiness we don't have to do anything to achieve it.
It is a state of mind. It is the same with willingness.
Willingness doesn't make excuses. It doesn't say, *Well
that's not logical*. Who gets to define logic anyway?
Are
you willing to change your mind? Are you willing to accept
new ideas that you never heard of. Are you willing to
believe that if you talk to your own *cells*, that those
little guys will immediately go to work for you and with you
AUTOMATICALLY?
Are
you willing to believe that it is not about the food that we
eat , but about the thoughts that we think? Can we bring
ourselves to really understand, where it is that we really
control all of this?
It is
our willingness that brings to us what we may call
miracles. It is our willingness, that brings to us the
attitude, the success, the pounds dropping off without the
frustration that we normally have associated with weight
loss. Instead, it comes to us with *ease and
effortlessness*. Can we even be willing to imagine that
weight loss can come to us with ease and effortlessness?
Well
It Can, just be willing to think about it ! How can we be
come more willing, if in fact that has been a little
difficult for us in the past? Well, here it comes; No big
surprise here.......just intend it, make a new decision, to
be willing. Tell yourself: *I intend to be more willing,
more open minded to new ideas, new thought patterns, new
energy patterns, that contribute to my new body image. This
comes to me with ease and effortlessness, and in the best
possible way.*
Are
you willing to accept that you created this weight loss goal
for yourself ? Are you willing to accept that you are the
only one that can take responsibility for changing your
present body image. Are you willing to take control?
