This program has everything you want when you
look at a diet. Clinical testing, recipes, and simplicity in
the form of a 12 week plan.
The authors run a
successful weight loss clinic and say that following this
plan will allow you to turn on the Serotonin and turn off
the need to eat. This should take care of emotional eating
all the while helping you feel satisfied and not deprived.
The Serotonin Power Diet
is well written and easy to understand. I especially enjoyed
the refreshing view on carbohydrates. This book will help
you understand the effect food has on the brain and body and
how you can take control of this effect.
You will learn how to
snack in a way that keeps you in control and prevents you
from binging on unhealthy snacks. You are in control instead
of being controlled by cravings.
I was so intrigued by
this diet that I wanted to see what some of the reviews on
Amazon said. It is very interesting to note the number of
times reviewers said they don’t feel like this is a diet. As
many dieters know – if you find a healthy eating plan that
you can stick with – you will lose weight.
