This book will benefit those who have never
worked out as well as work out savvy folks. LL cool J and
Dave Honig have put together a modern workout book that
incorporates the latest and greatest in the science of
fitness.
The workouts consist of four levels plus a
women’s fast shape up workout; Bronze body, Silver body,
Gold body, Platinum body and the Diamond body for women.
Bronze body is a
4 week program designed for beginners.
Silver body
is a 5 week program which will start to build your strength
and endurance.
Gold body
is a 9 week program designed to kick in the muscle building
and fat burning.
Platinum body
is a 3 week program designed to get you lean and ripped.
Diamond body
is a 4 week shape up program for women who need to get in
shape fast. This will be ideal for summer trips, weddings,
or any event you want to get in shape fast for.
In my opinion, one of
the books greatest strengths is the exercise instruction and
the illustrative photographs. You will know
how to perform the exercises properly.
LL Cool J’s Platinum
workout is also filled with sample meal plans, equipment
tips, diet tips, interviews, workouts, food lists, and tips
and thoughts from LL himself about numerous different
subjects.
You will enjoy this book
if you want the latest that the science of fitness has to
offer or if you are new to working out and just want to know
how to get started right. The diet tips are solid and
designed for long-term, healthy results.
