I recently heard someone say that they
tend to get bored with their exercise routine.
I started
thinking about ways to prevent boredom when trying to follow
an exercise and weight loss routine.
First and foremost I always recommend
that you try and find a form of exercise which you enjoy. I
prefer mountain biking and will go any chance I get. I find
that I am very motivated and it does not seem like exercise
to me. It is fun.
I also realize that not everyone has a
form of exercise they enjoy and for some people they need
variety to keep them motivated. Then it struck me. I belong
to an online video rental program – I went to their site and
did a search on “weight loss” and found 40 videos dealing
with exercise and weight loss!
Some of the forms of exercise
instruction that I saw were Yoga, Pilates, exercise for
followers of low carb diets, Atkins diet and many more.
These are videos that are lead by world class instructors
that you can keep as long as you want. (If you belong to the
same online program I do.)
When you are ready to move onto the
next work out – simply select it from the web site and
return your old workout. Your new workout will arrive in
just a few days and you will be ready to begin with a new
instructor on a new workout.
What a great way to stay motivated with
your exercise and weight loss routine! You could have a new
workout every week. You can change your workout video
selections from beginner to advanced as you get in greater
shape and lose weight.
Imagine what it would cost you to try
all of these different classes at your local health club.
Now you can perform them in your own home and not even pay
to purchase them. I know of several people who have
purchased exercise videos only to become bored with them
after a few weeks. Online video rentals may be your ticket
to weight loss and health.

are blockbuster.com and netflix.com Choose the plan that
best suits your needs and get moving.
