4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
olive oil
Mrs. Dash
fat-free soft flour tortillas
lettuce - the greener the better
fat-free italian dressing
slice thawed chicken breasts into thin slices
sprinkle Mrs. Dash to taste
saute in olive oil until cooked through
Fill tortillas with sliced chicken, lettuce and drizzle with
dressing. You can use oil and vinegar dressing as well as
any other type dressing you prefer as long as it is low-fat
low calorie. You can also use pita pouches as well.
